Wird die Derivathandelspflicht gemäß Absatz 1 oder 2 in Bezug auf eine finanzielle Gegenpartei ausgesetzt, so gilt die Derivathandelspflicht nicht für ihre Gegenpartei im Sinne von Absatz 1 Buchstabe a oder Absatz 1 Buchstabe b Ziffer ii.
