Article 67 5.The insurance policy referred to in paragraph 4, point (b), shall be disclosed to the public on the crypto-asset service provider’s website and shall have at least the following characteristics:
(a)
it has an initial term of not less than one year;
(b)
the notice period for its cancellation is at least 90 days;
(c)
it is taken out from an undertaking authorised to provide insurance, in accordance with Union or national law;
(d)
