Article 10e 6.

The EIB shall be the auctioneer for the allowances to be auctioned pursuant to this Article on the auction platform appointed pursuant to Article 26(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1031/2010 and shall provide the revenues generated from the auctioning to the Commission.
