Article 66 Downstream users

1. Panoramica

Article 66 1.	Downstream users using a substance in accordance with Article 56(2) shall notify the Agency within three months of the first supply of the substance.
Article 66 2.	The Agency shall establish and keep up to date a register of downstream users who have made a notification in accordance with paragraph 1. The Agency shall grant access to this register to the competent authorities of the Member States.
