Article 15 1.
Harmonised risk indicators as referred to in Annex IV shall be established. However, Member States may continue to use existing national indicators or adopt other appropriate indicators in addition to the harmonised ones. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 20a amending Annex IV in order to take account of scientific and technical progress.
