Article 7 5.
The administering authority responsible shall approve modifications of the monitoring plan under paragraph 2, points (a) to (d), in accordance with the rules laid down in the delegated acts adopted by the Commission pursuant to the second subparagraph of this paragraph. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 23 to supplement this Regulation concerning rules for the approval of changes in the monitoring plans by the administering authorities responsible.
