Article 150 Publication formalities

Article 150 1.	A division shall be published in the manner prescribed by the laws of each Member State in accordance with Article 16 in respect of each of the companies involved in a division.
Article 150 2.	Any recipient company may itself carry out the publication formalities relating to the company being divided.
