Article 6d 7.
Any information exchanged shall be limited to that which is necessary for the purpose of monitoring compliance with this Regulation. The Commission, the national regulatory authorities and the Member States shall preserve the confidentiality of commercially sensitive information received for the purposes of carrying out their obligations.
