Article 18 1.By 4 December 2021, Member States shall transmit the following to the Commission:
(a)
the list of competent authorities;
(b)
the details of the penalties introduced pursuant to Article 14;
(c)
anonymised statistical information regarding declarations, controls and infractions, using the format referred to in point (e) of Article 16(1). 1. Panoramica
