Article 13 1.The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 14 in order to amend:
(a)
Annex II with regard to the content and format of the tyre label;
(b)
parts D and E of Annex I and Annexes II, III, IV, V, VI and VII, by adapting the values, calculation methods and requirements set out therein to technological progress. 1. Panoramica
