Article 17 1.
By 31 October 2024 and at least every 3 years thereafter, the Commission shall determine reference values for producers and importers in accordance with Annex VII for the placing on the market of hydrofluorocarbons. The Commission shall determine those reference values for all producers and importers that placed on the market hydrofluorocarbons during the previous 3 years, by means of an implementing act that determines references values for all producers and importers. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 34(2).
