Article 28 Regulatory authoritiesArticle 28 Regulatory authorities When carrying out their duties and exercising their powers under this Regulation, the regulatory authorities shall ensure compliance with this Regulation, the network codes and the guidelines adopted pursuant to Articles 70 to 74.
