Repeal
The following EBA Guidelines are repealed with effect from dd.mm. yyyy [Instruction to editors the application date mentioned above] EBA Guidelines on the application of the existing Joint Committee Guidelines on complaints-handling to authorities competent for supervising the new institutions under PSD2 and/or the MCD of 31July 2018.
