Article 14 5.

For the purposes of the application of Article 13(1) of the basic Regulation, a person who ‘normally pursues an activity as an employed person in two or more Member States’ shall refer to a person who simultaneously, or in alternation, for the same undertaking or employer or for various undertakings or employers, exercises one or more separate activities in two or more Member States.
