Article 15 1.
The Member States and the Commission shall communicate to one another the information necessary for implementing this Regulation. The Member States and the Commission shall ensure that the necessary steps are taken to make the public aware and inform it of the provisions regarding implementation of the Convention and of this Regulation and of the latter's implementing measures.
