Article 1 3.

The statistics shall cover the following areas:

(a) 

Generation of waste according to Annex I;

(b) 

Recovery and disposal of waste according to Annex II;

(c) 

After the pilot studies according to Article 5: import and export of waste for which no data is collected under Council Regulation (EEC) No 259/93 of 1 February 1993 on the supervision and control of shipments of waste within, into and out of the European Community ( 1 ), in accordance with Annex III.
