Article 13a 2.

In order to fulfil its obligations as laid down in Article 13(5) to (8), the Agency may conduct all necessary on-site inspections at the premises of the persons subject to the investigation where business records could be kept. Where the proper conduct and efficiency of the on-site inspection so require, the Agency may carry out that inspection without prior announcement to the persons subject to the investigation.
