Article 13a 9.

If the on-site inspection provided for in paragraph 1 or the assistance provided for in paragraphs 7 and 8 requires authorisation by a national judicial authority in accordance with the applicable national law, the Agency shall apply for such authorisation. The Agency may also apply for such authorisation as a precautionary measure. In the cases referred to in paragraph 4, an on-site inspection shall not be carried out without the prior authorisation of a national judicial authority.
