Article 8 1.In order to calculate the annual supervisory fee payable in respect of each supervised entity and supervised group the annual costs shall be split into two parts, one for each category of supervised entities and supervised groups, as follows:
(a)
the annual costs to be recovered from significant supervised entities;
(b)
