Article 11 4.

By 1 October 2023, the Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 23 to amend Articles 11, 11a and 12 concerning the rules for reporting to take into account the inclusion of CH4 and N2O emissions, as well as the inclusion of greenhouse gas emissions from offshore ships, within the scope of this Regulation.
