Article 3d 2.
The Commission shall specify, by means of implementing acts, the common technical specifications, including standards, regarding the technical and open interoperability between the recharging and refuelling infrastructure and urban buses, in terms of physical connections and communication exchange. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 16(2).
