Article 11 4.

Where the value of the qualifying social entrepreneurship funds managed by the manager exceeds EUR 250 000 000 , the manager shall provide an additional amount of own funds. That additional amount shall be equal to 0,02 % of the amount by which the total value of the qualifying social entrepreneurship funds exceeds EUR 250 000 000 .
