Article 15 2.

Pending the adoption, where necessary, of any legislation to that end, the sanctions to be imposed where the provisions of this Regulation are infringed shall, where relevant, be those determined by the Member States in order to give effect to Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2465/96.
