A merger as provided for in the fourth indent of Article 2(1) may not be declared null and void once the SCE has been registered.
|

Article 34 2.
|
The absence of scrutiny of the legality of the merger pursuant to Articles 29 and 30 shall constitute one of the grounds for the winding-up of the SCE, in accordance with the provisions of Article 73.
