In relation to those designations, Member States shall notify the Commission of the following information:

(a) 

name(s);

(b) 

postal address(es);

(c) 

e-mail address(es);

(d) 

telephone number(s);

(e) 

fax number(s); and

(f) 

languages acceptable to the competent authorities.
