Article 13 9.

In exercising its powers pursuant to paragraphs 5 to 8, the Agency may give priority to the cases with the most significant cross-border impact. For that purpose, the Agency shall establish criteria for identifying the cases with the most significant cross-border impact, after consulting and in cooperation with the national regulatory authorities.
