Article 13f 1.

In order to fulfil its obligations under Article 13(5) to (8), the Agency may, where it considers to be appropriate to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the investigation and taking into account its available internal resources, appoint a dedicated investigating officer within the Agency to lead the investigation.
