The data referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made available digitally in a manner that ensures interoperability on the basis of harmonised data formats and standardised data sets so that it can be used in a non-discriminatory manner by electricity market participants, aggregators, consumers and end-users, and that it can be read by electronic communication devices such as smart metering systems, electric vehicle recharging points, heating and cooling systems and building energy management systems.
