Article 18 Entry into force and application

Article 18 1.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 18 2.
|
It shall apply from 21 August 2024.
|

Article 18 3.
|
However, Article 2(2), Article 5(4), Article 7, Article 8, Article 9(2) and Article 10(2) shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
