Article 12 7.

In the decision imposing the fines referred to in paragraphs 2, 4, 5 and 6 of this Article, the competent authority or authorities shall explain the methodology applied for determining the price of aviation fuel, of SAF and of synthetic aviation fuel on the Union aviation fuel market. That methodology shall be based on verifiable and objective criteria, including from the latest available technical report referred to in Article 13.
