Article 32 Entry into force and application

Article 32

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 2, Article 4, points (1), (3) to (6), (8), (10) to (13), (17), (19), (20), (31), (32) and (35) to (40), Article 9(4), Article 13(4), Article 14, Article 16(3), Article 17(1), (2) and (3) and Article 22(4) shall apply from 12 December 2026.
