Article 12 6.

The Commission shall adopt implementing acts specifying the detailed technical and procedural rules necessary for the transmission of API data and other PNR data from the router referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article and for the insertion of information into the router referred to in paragraph 4 of this Article, including on requirements for data security. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 42(2).
