Article 97 2

2.   The material NCA supervisory procedures referred to in paragraph 1 shall consist of:

(a)

the removal of members of the management boards of the less significant supervised entities and the appointment of special managers to take over the management of the less significant supervised entities; and

(b)

the procedures which have a significant impact on the less significant supervised entity.
