I presenti orientamenti sono emanati ai sensi dell’articolo 16 del regolamento (UE) n. 1093/2010, che istituisce l’Autorità europea di vigilanza (Autorità bancaria europea), del regolamento (UE)

  • n. 1094/2010, che istituisce l’Autorità europea di vigilanza (Autorità europea delle assicurazioni e delle pensioni aziendali e professionali), e del regolamento (UE) n. 1095/2010, che istituisce l’Autorità europea di vigilanza (Autorità europea degli strumenti finanziari e dei mercati) (di seguito i «regolamenti delle AEV») (1 ).

Le AEV emanano i presenti orientamenti sulla base dell’articolo 32, paragrafo 7, del regolamento (UE) 2022/2554 (di seguito il «regolamento DORA») (2 ), a norma del quale le AEV emanano orientamenti sulla cooperazione tra le AEV e le autorità competenti concernenti:

  • • le procedure e le condizioni dettagliate per la ripartizione e l’esecuzione dei compiti tra le autorità competenti e le AEV nonché
  • • i dettagli sugli scambi di informazioni necessari alle autorità competenti per garantire il seguito da dare alle raccomandazioni rivolte ai fornitori terzi di servizi TIC delle entità finanziarie designati come critici.
