Amendment to Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010

In point (2) of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, the following point is added:

‘(viii) 

with regard to Regulation (EU) 2019/2033 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *1 ) and Directive (EU) 2019/2034of the European Parliament and of the Council ( *2 ), competent authorities as defined in point (5) of Article 3(1) of that Directive.
