Article 25 6.

The sponsor shall be responsible for compliance with Article 7 at ABCP programme level and for making available to potential investors before pricing upon their request:

(a) 

the aggregate information required by point (a) of the first subparagraph of Article 7(1); and

(b) 

the information required by points (b) to (e) of the first subparagraph of Article 7(1), at least in draft or initial form.
