Article 9b 2.

Member States shall ensure that companies do not include in the remuneration report special categories of personal data of individual directors within the meaning of Article 9(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 15 ) or personal data which refer to the family situation of individual directors.
