Article 15 8.

The ESRB shall share, on a regular or case-by-case basis, information that it obtained from one of the other authorities when carrying out its duties and that stems from the application and implementation of Union law, with the other authorities upon request, provided that the requesting authority is entitled to obtain that information from financial institutions or the other authorities pursuant to Union law.
