Article 75 33. Member States may enter into bilateral agreements with a third country, to the extent that such bilateral agreements are not inconsistent with this Title, regarding the matters referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 until the entry into force of an agreement as referred to in paragraph 1 with the relevant third country. 1.
