Member States shall notify the Commission and ESMA where they decide to adopt the exemption threshold of EUR 5 000 000 laid down in paragraph 2a. Member States shall also notify the Commission and ESMA where they subsequently decide to adopt instead the exemption threshold of EUR 12 000 000 referred to in paragraph 2, point (b).
