Article 84 3c.
Where the competent authorities of the UCITS home Member State do not agree with the request referred to in paragraph 3b, they shall inform the requesting competent authorities, ESMA and, where the ESRB was informed of that request pursuant to paragraph 3b, the ESRB thereof, stating the reasons for the disagreement.
