Article 84 3d.
On the basis of the information received pursuant to paragraphs 3b and 3c, ESMA shall issue without undue delay an opinion to the competent authorities of the UCITS home Member State on the exercise of powers pursuant to paragraph 2, point (b). ESMA shall communicate that opinion to the competent authorities of the UCITS host Member State.
