Article 22Article 22 This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply from 1 June 1997. Articles 12, 13, 14 (3), 116, 17, 18, 19 and 21(3) shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation. 1. Ħarsa ġenerali
