Article 21 1.

The Member States may designate CCAMLR inspectors who may be placed on board any Community fishing vessel or, by arrangement with another Contracting Party, on board a vessel of the latter, engaged in or about to be engaged in the harvesting of marine living resources or in scientific research activities related to fisheries resources in the Convention area.
