Article 22b 10.

By 17 April 2027, the Commission shall adopt implementing acts establishing the harmonised format for registration in the register of producers based on the information requirements set out in paragraph 4 of this Article. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 39(2).
