Companies shall use standardised monitoring plans based on templates, and they shall submit those plans using automated systems and data exchange formats. Those templates, including the technical rules for their uniform application, and the technical rules for their automatic submission, shall be determined by the Commission by means of implementing acts. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 24(2).
