Article 20 1.

During the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2017, the applicable percentage of the items referred to in Article 479(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 that would have qualified as consolidated reserves in accordance with national measures implementing Article 65 of Directive 2006/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 4 ) shall qualify as consolidated Common Equity Tier 1 capital according to the percentages set out below.
