ACER shall approve and where necessary amend the joint proposal from the ENTSO for Electricity and the EU DSO entity regarding the type of data and format and the methodology related to the analysis to be provided as regards the flexibility needs pursuant to Article 19e(6) of Regulation (EU) 2019/943.
