Article 31 1.

the authority or authorities which, in accordance with its national law, are competent in accordance with Article 4 to issue, validate or transmit European Production Orders and European Preservation Orders or the notifications thereof;

the authority or authorities which are competent to receive notifications pursuant to Article 8, and to enforce European Production Orders and European Preservation Orders on behalf of another Member State, in accordance with Article 16;

the authority or authorities which are competent to deal with reasoned objections by addressees in accordance with Article 17;

the languages accepted for the notification and the transmission of an EPOC, an EPOC-PR, a European Production Order or a European Preservation Order in the case of enforcement, in accordance with Article 27.
