Entities shall be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information in the language in which it is submitted, as well as for the relevant accompanying metadata they submit to the collection bodies. In particular, entities shall be responsible for the identification of the inclusion of personal data in the information that they submit to the collection body together with the relevant accompanying metadata indicating whether the information contains personal data.
